We use DHL, FEDEX,Korea Post  and all other shipping couriers, based on the high demand we recommend using expedited shipping which take 3-7 days to arrive most destinations, all our products are ship form South Korea.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

orders must be cancelled within 12 hours, once we have received and order we begin processing therefore we cannot cancel the order once it is already processed.

How Can I Return a Product?

Within 30 days – 100% guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the order, you can return it and get refund.

In order to return the order, the items must not be opened and used.
